Meet our President: A combination of seasoned field experience and passionate customer service, Jeff is the driving force and visionary behind a mission which puts the customer first. He has a rich balance of technical expertise, business management, and project/systems design. His IT prowess spans 24 years working for Fortune 500/1000 companies such as Lucent Technologies, Time Warner Telecom, and Jefferson County School Systems. Jeff leads the team of network specialists who manage our client networks, servers, communication backbones, and technology implementations. Meet our Director of Support: Terri brings a wealth of skills to the Genesis team including business management and 11 years of network and computer support. After obtaining her CCNA, A+, and Microsoft MCSE certifications, she began installing, configuring, and supporting small business networks around the Denver Metro area. In addition to running her own IT company, she also co-managed another successful, small business located in the North Metro area. Terri understands the priority of satisfying our client's needs as well as handling the pressure of business deadlines. Her technical skills and customer service commitment are exactly the kind of expertise which makes Genesis a cut above.
